“Generation III Nuclear Power Plant Wide Ambient Temperature Air Cooled Chiller” Passed the National New Product Assessment

On May 4, 2017, China Machinery Industry Federation and China General Machinery Industry Association jointly organized and held the product appraisal meeting of “generation III nuclear power plant wide ambient temperature air cooled chiller” jointly developed by Guangdong Shenling Environmental Systems Co., Ltd. and China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. The appraisal committee was composed of 11 authoritative experts in the nuclear power industry, including Ye Qizhen, and more than 30 senior experts in the industry were invited.

The meeting was hosted by Huang Li, president of China General Machinery Industry Association, and Sui Yongbin, consultant of China Machinery Industry Federation. Pan Zhanhua, general manager of Shenling, delivered a speech on behalf of the research unit. He said that the joint R&D team had overcome all kinds of difficulties with a scientific, rigorous and responsible attitude from the theoretical demonstration of the technical scheme, the experimental verification of key technologies, to the process of engineering prototype passing the various tests of Hefei Institute and that today marked an important moment for us to witness this achievement.

After the meeting, Cui Yingqi, chairman of Shenling, on behalf of the research unit, said in a summary speech that Shenling invested a wealth of resources in the research and development of this project, among which the company built the leading -40℃ ultra-low temperature laboratory in China. In the process of project implementation, Shenling upheld an attitude towards products, a commitment to customers and a sense of responsibility to the society to ensure the high safety and high reliability of nuclear power products.
 
Finally, Chairman Cui said that Shenling would continue to work hard to become a better supplier in the nuclear power industry!
