Integrated Evaporative Condensing (Heat Pump) Chiller
- Integrated design. It has a compact structure integrating a condensing axial flow fan, evaporative condenser, shell and tube evaporator, compressor and cooling water system, with flexible installation, which reduces the building space of the machine room and investment cost.
- Modular design. According to the cooling capacity required by different items, different basic modules can be freely combined to form the units of different specifications. In that way, the range of the cooling capacity can be quite large under flexible combinations, able to meet the cooling capacity required by different items. This series of products support the new module units to be added on the original unit, allowing multiple modules running in parallel, and the parallel combined operation can be realized for 2-8 modules.
- Flexible installation. The unit has a compact structure and acquires a small area. It is convenient for site installation through various installation methods.
- Performance assurance. A new generation of high-efficiency IPLV twin-screw compressor is adopted, with a wide adjusting range and high adjusting precision. The design of the double-layer body can achieve pressure resistance and noise reduction. The unit is adopted with the famous brand low-noise and energy-saving axial flow fan, with such advantages as high energy efficiency, low noise, large air volume and good condensation.
- Intelligent control. It is equipped with a microcomputer intelligent controller to combine the simple and fast operation procedures and advanced complex central air conditioning control concept perfectly. It can be installed remotely through the control interface to facilitate the customer to grasp the unit status in real time. The controller can automatically monitor all the parameters (such as inlet temperature, outlet temperature, cumulative running time of the unit), historical temperature trend, record and running state, provide alarm information when necessary, and provide common solutions. In addition, the controller also has the power-off parameter memory and various safety protections.
- It has various functions, such as heat recovery, integrated refrigeration station and natural cooling.
