Scroll Water (Ground) Source Heat Pump Chiller

Shenling scroll-type water (ground) source heat pump units take the deep terrestrial heat, surface water, municipal sewage, industrial waste heat and river water as the low-temperature heat source, and employ the evaporative compression heating cycle and high-efficiency heat exchanger to heat up the water to provide heating for users, with features of capacity regulation, precise control of temperature and high energy and power efficiency. 1. High-efficiency heat transfer technology. High-efficiency full-liquid heat exchanger is adopted with multiple patented technologies developed by Shenling. The heat exchanger copper tube is completely soaked in the refrigerant liquid, achieving better heat exchange and greatly improving the efficiency ratio of the units. It is more convenient to clean from the pipe side with more reliable use and more convenient maintenance.
2. High heating temperature. The heating temperature can reach 60°C-65°C.
3. Design of large temperature difference of heat exchanger at the water side. The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet at the water side of the heat exchanger of the unit is up to 20°C, which reduces the water flow, water consumption and the power consumption of the pump.
4. Strong corrosion resistance. The heat exchanger is designed for simple assembly/disassembly and cleaning. Meanwhile, the heat pipe is treated with a unique process, with a high anti-corrosion and hydrophilic performance. For special applications, 304 stainless steel can be used.
5. Energy efficiency. The world-famous international brand electronic expansion valve is employed for the unit. The temperature value can be set according to the working condition and user’s demand, and it has automatic detection of system parameters. By adjusting the compressor’s stepless capacity and electronic expansion opening, the running state of the system is adjusted to realize accurate temperature control and high energy efficiency.
