1. Strong Desiccation Ability
  • It reduces the sludge moisture content by up to 83%to 10%.
  • The target moisture content is freely adjusted in the range of 10%-50%.
2. Low Energy Consumption
  • Dehumidification energy efficiency ratio (SMER) is as high as 4.2kg H2O/ kW·h, that is, 4.2kg of water can be removed from sludge per degree of electricity.
  • Dehumidification and drying technology is three times more energy-saving than traditional drying technologies.
3. High Safety Performance
  • The whole drying process of the system is below 75 degrees. There is no gas overflow during common operation to avoid high temperature and high pressure gas leakage accident.
  • During the total drying process, gas oxygen content is lower than 12%, dust concentration lower than 60g/m3 and granular dry mud lower than 40℃ with no explosion risk.
4. Pollution-free
  • Low temperature drying inhibits decomposition of odor molecules (H2S, NH3, etc.) and eliminates exhaust gas by condensation technology. The enclosed form design prevents odor overflow without complex deodorizing devices.
  • Condensed water with low COD can be directly returned to the sewage treatment tank.
  • The low temperature sterilization process (pasteurization) continuously 2-3h can effectively eliminate 90% of the bacteria in the sludge.
